Evaluation of my prep work:

My work has had many different changes throughout my experimentation. I have experimented with many different types of media and materials such as: Paint, Paper, Pens, Digital tools and Printing. I have developed my ideas to a point I believe I will use in my final piece, I enjoy using digital techniques to create glitches and to enhance photos just like Magno and a few other artists I have studied so far. I couldn't control the paint very well so I decided to use different physical tecniques, instead I believe I will use a series of photos that I have digitally manipulated and then phsyically weave each photo together to create a broken, glitched effect. I believe my skills have developed thoroughly, I have learnt how to use digital camera to a higher ability and I have used many new photoshop and physical techniques. I would have liked to have looked further into the use of paint and physical art supplies, however, I find myself more comfortable with digital aspects of photography and art. The majority of my experiments are phsyical but the most effective photographs that go with my theme are the digital ones. I used photoshop tools to shift and cut up the faces and bodies of my model with more control that what I would have with materials in real life. This allowed me to carefully keep the surroundings clear and understandable while still getting my message of passing by in a corrupt society across.
